Installation and Delivery

MDN does not ship retail parcels. This page covers how a fibre line and IPTV are installed at a house in Modakurichi and nearby locations.

1. Feasibility before install

Call, WhatsApp, or send the contact form with your street and plan. The office checks whether the drop already reaches your house or nearby road. Do not pay a third party for a survey until the office confirms the street.

2. Installation visit

After the street is confirmed, a technician from Modakurichi visits the house, fits the drop and the ONT, and sets IPTV on the same line. Visit timing depends on street work and weather. The office will tell you the expected window when you book.

3. Equipment

ONT and related last-mile equipment stay part of the MDN network unless the office says otherwise in writing. Keep the equipment available for inspection or recovery if the service is cancelled.

4. Failed visits

If nobody is home, or the compound cannot be accessed, the office will reschedule. Extra visits caused by a wrong address or a locked house may be delayed to the next available slot.

5. Coverage limits

Service is for Modakurichi town, Annamar Nagar, and nearby roads in Erode district (PIN 638104) where the fibre already runs or can be extended. Remote stretches may need extra time or may not be serviceable. The office confirms this before you pay.

6. Faults after install

Call or WhatsApp 9942888224 or 9942936026. We can check the line remotely and send a technician if needed. Refunds for prolonged outages follow the cancellation and refund policy.
